Covertex IKE was founded by Mr Thomas Mitsiou in 1977.
The company’s goal was the production of household linen.
Covertex is located in Efkarpia industrial park in our privately owned, 4.500 m2 facilities.
We have modern machinery and equipment. Most of our products are wholly manufactured in its facilities.
Vestamed provides hospitals and clinics with clothing specifically designed for this purpose.
In 2020 in the beginning of the Covid pandemic Vestamed invested in creating production lines for the manufacturing of single use surgical face masks.
The face masks are manufactured in accordance with the European standards and specifications.
Iso 8 Clean Room
We have created a special area for the manufacturing of the surgical face masks equipped with high performance Hepa filters in order to control airborne particulate cleanliness.
Quality Requirements
The foundation of every production process is raw material. We make sure all of our raw materials meet all the quality requirements and are certified accordingly.
